Banishing The Blues

People from all backgrounds and walks of life can struggle with ‘the blues’ or depression. Depression involves a severe and lengthy period of feeling down. ‘The blues’ refers to those tough times in which you might feel tired, unmotivated and generally flat. Both the blues and depression can be a real challenge, and can substantially affect your enjoyment and quality of life at home and at work. It is therefore important to know that it is possible to improve your mood.

Banishing the Blues: Working through tough times is a 4 week interactive programme that provides you with the information and road map you need to guide you as you learn how to improve your mood. It also provides you with strategies to ward off the blues in the future.
