Corporate Coaching

Corporate Coaching is a 4 week online program which will assist you to identify and achieve your goals. The program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to consider what it is that you want for yourself in the short and long term future, and the practical strategies that you will need to get there. Having a realistic plan and ensuring that you are properly equipped to achieve your goals can boost confidence and determination and increase the chance that your goals will be achieved.

• The fundamental truth about change
• The transtheoretical model and stages of change
• How long will it take for me to notice change?
• How can I justify spending this time on myself?
• Values (The role of values in your decision making; Are you living according to your values?; What can limit your ability to act on your values?)

Session 2

• Gaining an understanding of areas that you may wish to change
• Examining areas in which you are planning to make change
• Working through ambivalence

Session 3

• The importance of goals
• The reason for setting goals
• Important findings related to goals
• Common reasons for why people do not always achieve their goals
• SMART goals
• Your goals need to be in alignment with your values
• Other things to consider about goals
• How confident are you? The process of scaling

Session 4

• Action planning
• Monitor your progress
• Overcoming obstacles
• Change your thinking, feeling and doing
• Key elements of what you have learnt to date
